Privacy Policy

ZYouSoft ("we," "us," or "our") develops mobile and desktop applications,

including games and the ErgoCam posture-coaching app. This Privacy Policy

explains how our apps handle your information. It applies to all ZYouSoft apps;

sections that apply only to a specific app are labeled as such.


Our core principle: we design our apps to keep your data on your device. We do

not run our own servers that collect your personal information, and we do not

sell your data.



1. Information We Collect


We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect names, email

addresses, phone numbers, contacts, messages, or precise location data.


The following information is stored locally on your device to make the apps

work, and is not transmitted to us:


- Game progress, scores, statistics, and achievements

- App settings, preferences, and configuration

- For ErgoCam: your posture calibration and related settings (see Section 2)


This information remains on your device. Deleting an app removes its locally

stored data.



2. Camera & Posture Data (ErgoCam only)


ErgoCam uses your device's front camera to analyze your posture. All image and

face analysis is performed on your device using Apple's Vision framework.

ErgoCam detects the position of your face and body (such as your face's outline,

head angle, and shoulder position) to calculate posture metrics. This analysis

happens in real time, in memory, and the camera frames are not stored.


ErgoCam does not recognize or identify you, does not create a faceprint, and

does not use Face ID or depth-sensing data. None of this data is ever sent off

your device or shared with any third party.


If you choose to save a calibration photo, it is stored only on your device, in

the app's private storage, and is deleted when you re-calibrate or remove it.


ErgoCam contains no advertising, analytics, or network connections.



3. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions


Some apps offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. These transactions are

processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store

your payment information, such as your credit card number. Apple's handling of

your purchase is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.



4. Advertising (some games only)


Certain free games may display advertisements served by third-party advertising

partners (for example, Google AdMob). These partners may collect or receive

device information, such as advertising identifiers, to deliver and measure ads,

in accordance with their own privacy policies. Where required, we request your

permission before any tracking takes place, and you can change this choice in

your device's Settings. ErgoCam does not show ads and does not use any

advertising or tracking technology.



5. How We Use Information


Information stored on your device is used only to:


- Provide and improve the app's features

- Save your progress, settings, and preferences

- For ErgoCam, calculate and display your posture feedback


Because this information stays on your device, we do not use it for any other

purpose, and we do not combine it with data from other sources.



6. Data Sharing


We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties,

except as described for third-party advertising in games (Section 4) and payment

processing by Apple (Section 3). ErgoCam shares no data with anyone.



7. Data Retention


Locally stored data is kept on your device until you delete it or uninstall the

app. ErgoCam's live camera frames and posture landmarks are not retained; they

exist only momentarily in memory while you use the camera. Any calibration photo

you save is retained on your device until you re-calibrate or remove it.



8. Children's Privacy


Our apps do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because we

do not collect personal information on our servers, no such information is

gathered from users of any age.



9. Your Choices


- You can revoke camera permission for ErgoCam at any time in your device's

  Settings; the app will simply be unable to analyze posture until access is

  restored.

- You can change your advertising/tracking preference in your device's Settings.

- You can delete all of an app's stored data by uninstalling the app.



10. Changes to This Policy


We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last

updated" date above when we do. Continued use of our apps after an update means

you accept the revised policy.
